Some more new faces

I have received confirmation from a composer in Houston, Texas, who will provide us with a few more tracks for our festival!

Also: we got two more people on the film team, welcome Harry King and Juliane Matz!

Anyhow, hope all is well. Filming will officially be wrapped up this week!

AND WE NEED MORE ART PIECES! So let me know whether you can contribute (just comment on this blog).

Austrian Embassador and Sponsorship

Dear all,

We've just received some sponsorship with which we will fund the exhibition.

Additionally, Ms G. Matzner, the Austrian Embassador has offered us to hold a speech at the event on 8th March. We're all very happy!

About the film and the play: according to my hard-working colleague Nick Spickernell, the rehearsals have been going well. As for the film. Filming is almost wrapped up with the exception of 2 interviews, one of which will be conducted tomorrow and the other one either next Wednesday or next Friday. Let's hope it'll all work out well.

As for other points: a cooking team has been assigned, we've received our second musical contribution and are awainting a few more. Artists are still encouraged to participate and we are hoping to be able to fund some of the projects if not all, depending on how much sponsorship we can get.

Everything's looking dainty!

Karin's wonderful poster for us!

An amazing little lady called Karin Aue did this poster for our art/theatre/film festival at UCL Union's Garage theatre on 8th adn 9th of March!

Hope to see you all there as there'll be amazing works displayed at an exhibition by Karin Aue, Jeffrey Koh, Dave Tett, Tim Ireland accompanied with music by opera composer Sidney Corbett, my Berlin-based band Vierte Heimat, Dr. Nojoke, DJ Dionysos and Schlafcola.

There'll also be an amateur documentary film (which I hopefully will not ruin) with interviews from professors around the German department and the performance of a German one-act play. So let's hope to see you all there!

Layout for the theatre

LAYOUT C will be an approximate layout for the theatre but without an isle between the seats. For more information about the Garage visit: http://www.stagecrew.uclu.org/

During the day, two of the stage's wings (which are drawn onto the plan) will not be there. So we can place information tables around there.
